Gold Vermeil Care
Gold vermeil is a traditional technique of blending high-quality precious metals, plating sterling silver with a thick layer of 18ct gold, resulting in long-lasting quality for an accessible price.
Gold vermeil requires special care. All our jewelry is treated with anti-tarnish treatment. Nevertheless, the tarnishing of vermeil is natural and expected to occur over time depending on factors including usage, body chemistry, humidity, and care.
We recommend using 100% cotton or microfiber cloth to clean gold vermeil and removing jewelry before bathing, showering, washing hands, swimming, exercising, and applying perfume, hairspray, or lotion to maintain shine.

Sterling Silver Care
Sterling silver is an alloy containing not less than 92.5% silver content.
We usually plate our 925 sterling silver jewelry with white rhodium plating to secure a strong and resistant surface. Nevertheless, silver might oxidize over time. Gently wipe your jewelry clean with a soft cloth after each wear to maintain the finish of your piece.

We offer complimentary shipping on all over $250 shipped to destinations within the contiguous United States. The shipping cost is displayed at checkout for orders below $200 or shipped to destinations outside the United States.
We ship orders within the United States via UPS, FEDEX or USPS using a carbon neutral method.
We ship orders to international destinations outside the United States via DHL. Nashira Arnó is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.
Returns & Exchange
We offer a 14-day return policy.
To request a pre-paid return label from UPS or DHL label, please contact us at customerservice@nashiraarno..com. We will credit back the card used upon receipt. All items must be returned in original packaging, unworn and in the condition received.
On all returns under $250, a shipping fee of $15 will be deducted.
Please note that custom sizes and special orders, including bespoke pieces, cannot be returned for a refund.
We do not offer any exchange services. *Unless the product(s) are faulty, or the wrong pieces have been delivered. If you need a different size or another style, you will have to make a return and place a new order.
