Shipping policy

Shipping Time:

• Pre-ordered pieces ship on the shipping date noted under the product description.
• In-stock pieces ship within approximately 2-4 business days of purchase.
• Made-to-order pieces ship within about 3 to 8 weeks of purchase.
• These time frames are estimates only, and orders may ship earlier or later, depending on production and fulfillment.
• If you have purchased a combination of made-to-order and in-stock pieces, your order will ship once all items are complete. If you would like the in-stock portion of your order to ship separately, please email customerservice@nashiraarno.com to arrange it.

Please note that all orders placed on www.nashiraarno.com are shipped from the USA.

Shipping Cost:

• We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $250 shipped to destinations within the contiguous United States.
• The shipping cost is displayed at checkout for orders below $200 or shipped to destinations outside the United States.

Shipping Method:

• We ship orders within the United States via UPS, FedEx, or USPS using a carbon-neutral method.
• We ship orders to international destinations outside the United States via DHL.
• Nashira Arnó is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.
