At Nashira Arnó Studio, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. Please review the following guidelines and procedures for initiating a return:

Eligibility for Returns:
- All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.
- Please note that custom sizes and special orders, including bespoke pieces, cannot be returned for a refund.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@nashiraarno.com. Provide your order details and specify the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our customer service team will assist you in obtaining a pre-paid return label from UPS or DHL for a convenient return process.
- Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Refund Procedure:
- Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria stated above.
- If the returned item(s) pass the inspection, we will proceed with the refund.
- The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow for a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear on your account, as it may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Fee Deduction:
- Returns with a total value under $250 will incur a shipping fee deduction of $15.
- Returns with a total value exceeding $250 will not have any shipping fee deductions.
